Laird Plastics, Inc. is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. Laird Plastics, Inc. collects information from our users at several different points on our website.
In order to use this website, a user must first complete the registration form. During registration a user is required to give their contact information (such as name and email address). This information is used to contact the user about the services on our site for which they have expressed interest. We send all new members a welcoming email to verify password and username. Established members will occasionally receive information on products, services, special deals, and a newsletter. We also send the user site and service announcement updates. Members are not able to un-subscribe from service announcements, which contain important information about the service. At this time, AveryVinyl.com ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, AveryVinyl.com ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

No same day shipping on any orders placed after 11am EST (Eastern Standard Time)
- Sales Tax
AveryVinyl.com charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.
If you provide us with a valid tax exempt form BEFORE your order is placed we can make sure that we do not charge you tax, other than that all applicable taxes will be charged.
- Return Policy

We will only accept returns with RMA numers
You must call (800-837-8416 ext.104) in or email (Sales@AveryVinyl.com) to get an RMA number.
We will accept returns of material, if there is material defects (all defects are subject to go through testing process, credit will be issued at the conclussion of findings)
Standard return on unopened, un-cut, re-saleable material, would be accepted with a 30% restocking fee plus the freight to return it, but again, it must have an RMA number.
VOID WHERE PROHIBITED:
